Our Journey
Years of Experience
Where It Began
Westport Web was established in Westport, Connecticut, in 2004 to design business websites. New Canaan Web is part of the company today.
Beyond the Website
An attractive website is only useful when prospective clients can discover it. As Google became part of everyday business research, search optimization and digital marketing became essential alongside design.
The Rise of AI Answers
As AI-assisted recommendations became another discovery channel, our services grew to include visibility in those answers and considered chatbot and voice solutions.
Working With New Canaan
New Canaan Web is established at 49 Locust Ave, offering businesses in town a studio of their own that is easy to call on.
who we are
Specialists Working Together
A well-designed website requires attention to its appearance, functionality and discoverability. New Canaan Web brings together designers, developers and specialists in search and digital marketing. Their work is coordinated from the outset, allowing visual choices, technical details and the way visitors find the site to reinforce each other.
We Listen First
Before design, we discuss your clients, priorities and the details that matter to you.
Built to Last
The work includes device testing, clean development and a structure ready for search.
Transparent Pricing
A clear written proposal sets out the work and its price before approval.
There After Launch
We remain available for training, site support and regular maintenance after release.
